Order intake
Customer enquiries reach the seller's dashboard as orders, whether they arrive from the seller's own advertising, a shared order link, or manual entry.
DreamX Holding builds and operates a platform that helps online sellers manage their customer orders in one place — from the first customer enquiry, through confirmation by phone, to delivery across Sri Lanka.
Sellers using our platform manage their catalogue, their customer enquiries and their deliveries from one dashboard, instead of spreadsheets and separate messaging apps.
Customer enquiries reach the seller's dashboard as orders, whether they arrive from the seller's own advertising, a shared order link, or manual entry.
Sellers contact each customer to confirm the order details and delivery address before anything is dispatched, and record the outcome of every call.
Confirmed orders are dispatched for delivery across Sri Lanka, and their status is visible to the seller until the order is completed.
A customer shares their name, phone number and location because they are interested in a product the seller offers.
The seller contacts the customer to confirm what they want and where it should be delivered.
The confirmed order is prepared and handed over for delivery.
The order status is updated once the customer receives the item, and the seller sees the completed order in their records.
Many sellers advertise their products on social platforms. Instead of copying each enquiry by hand, a seller can choose to connect an advertising account they own, so that submissions from their own lead forms appear directly in their dashboard.
A seller connects a Facebook Page they own. Submissions from that Page's instant forms appear as orders in that seller's dashboard.
A seller connects a TikTok advertiser account they own. Submissions from their TikTok lead-generation forms appear as orders in the same way.
What we collect, why we collect it and how to request its deletion is set out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The platform is served over HTTPS, and account passwords are stored only in cryptographically hashed form.
Each account can access only its own records. This separation is enforced on our servers, not only in the interface.
Accounts can add device biometrics such as fingerprint or face recognition on top of their password.
We answer enquiries about our platform, partnerships and data protection.
